CRACK TOSS! is operated by Andrew Porter, through Red Top Comics, using the game-development name Red Top Studios. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that operator.
This policy covers the Android version of CRACK TOSS! and support provided for the game. The Android application identifier is com.redtopstudios.cracktoss.phone. It describes the approved V46 release. It does not describe other Red Top Comics products, online shops, or unrelated website services.
CRACK TOSS! works offline after installation. You do not need to create an account or provide your name, email address, date of birth, or payment information to play.
The game does not send gameplay information or personal information to us from your device. It does not include advertising, advertising identifiers, tracking technologies, analytics SDKs, or a third-party crash-reporting SDK. It does not access your contacts, photographs, microphone, camera, or location.
The game processes touch, mouse, keyboard, or connected-controller input to let you play. It also uses screen dimensions and safe display areas to fit the interface, and controller information to display suitable controls. This processing happens on your device and is not transmitted to us.
Local progress and settings
The game saves information on your device so you can continue playing. This includes completed and unlocked jobs, star ratings, best completion times, wins and losses, earned in-game currency and reward records, owned and equipped costumes, discovered robotic flies, and sound, display, interface, and control preferences. Save-format and campaign-version information support compatibility with existing progress.
The currency and costume purchases inside this version use currency earned through gameplay. The game does not include real-money in-app purchases or collect payment-card details.
Local progress is not uploaded to a Red Top Studios account or cloud-save service. Android automatic app backup is disabled in this release. Device-transfer tools or copies you make yourself may operate separately from the game.
Android permissions
The game requests the Android vibration permission to support vibration or haptic feedback where available. It does not request the Android Internet permission or permissions for location, contacts, camera, microphone, or shared photos and files. Vibration does not collect or transmit personal information.
Game components and app stores
The game uses Godot Engine and standard Android support components for functions such as graphics, sound, input, startup, and local performance optimization. These are not advertising or analytics integrations in this game. Fonts, artwork, music, and sound effects are packaged with the game; playing them does not connect to Pixabay or an artwork-generation service.
Google Play and your device's operating system may independently process information about downloads, installation, store purchases, device operation, or diagnostics under their own terms, privacy policies, and your settings. Google may make store or diagnostic reports available to developers through Play Console. The game does not add a separate reporting or tracking service. See Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy for Google's practices.
Information you provide when contacting us
If you email us, we receive your email address, the name associated with your email if supplied, your message, and any information or attachments you choose to send. For example, you might send a screenshot, device model, or description of a problem. Sending this information is voluntary and is not required to play.
We use support correspondence to respond, troubleshoot the issue you report, handle privacy requests, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use support messages for advertising or sell them. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Our email service provider processes messages to deliver and store correspondence. Information may also be disclosed where necessary to comply with law or respond to a valid legal process. We do not otherwise share your support correspondence for unrelated purposes.
Retention and deletion
Local progress remains on your device until it is removed. To remove the game's local data, use Android Settings, open Apps, choose CRACK TOSS!, then Storage or Storage & cache, and select Clear data or Clear storage. Names vary by device. This removes saved progress and settings and cannot be undone within the game. Uninstalling the game normally removes its local app data as well. Any separate copies or device-transfer backups must be managed separately.
The Reset Stats option inside the game resets win and loss statistics; it does not delete all progress, costumes, or settings.
We delete resolved support messages and their attachments 12 months after the matter is resolved. You may request earlier deletion by emailing redtopcomics@redtopcomics.com. If a specific legal obligation requires retaining particular correspondence, we retain only what is required for the necessary period. We cannot remotely access or erase the local save on your device.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can play without contacting us. You can change the available sound, display, and control preferences in the game and manage local data using Android's app settings.
Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or objection to the use of personal information in support correspondence, and to complain to your local privacy authority. Contact redtopcomics@redtopcomics.com to make a request. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify that a request relates to your correspondence. There is no in-game account to delete.
Children's privacy
The game does not ask players, including children, to submit personal information or create an account. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent us personal information in a support message, they can contact redtopcomics@redtopcomics.com to request review and deletion. This privacy statement does not replace the game's age rating or the intended-audience information shown in the app store.
Security
The game stores its save data in its app storage and relies on the device's operating-system protections. Keep your device secure and avoid sharing unnecessary personal information in support messages. No device, storage system, or email service can be guaranteed completely secure.
